From their site: “As of May 9, 2012, Fred and Suzi Dow have completed research on 155 national forests, 20 national grasslands, 1 national tallgrass prairie and 2,383 developed campgrounds. Some information also provided for dispersed camping locations. Research of campgrounds with 10 or more designated sites in all national forests in the U.S.A. is completed.”
